Why purify transformer oil?

After some time working, the hv power transformer maintenance jobs is important.

the outside moisture and dissolved gasses will enter inside the transformer, and the transformer oil will cause following problems: arcing, corona discharges, and overheating--reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer. Once the moisture reaches about 40ppm that it will affect the insulating strength of the oil. Plus particles contamination will also affect the dielectric oil’s breakdown voltage level. By use of our Model ZLS transformer oil purification system to clean and renew used transformer oil is necessary.
