Model ZLS Double Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Machine
Introduction
Model ZLS Two stage transformer oil purifier can remove free water, dissolved water, gas, particles and acetylene, this is to improve oil's dielectric strength.
Features
Double stage vacuum system: Rotary vane vacuum pump and Boosting roots vacuum pump.
Vacuum separating chamber.
Advanced film evaporation technology.
Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration.
Efficient electric heating system, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
Automatic liquid level sensor.
Interlocked protective system, avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak.
Functions of online work onsite, vacuum drying, vacuum oiling and vacuum filling of transformers.
Options: Online moisture monitor, flow meter, weather proof canopy, double axles or single axle trailer, dielectric strength tester, etc.
