Why filter transformer oil?
During the hv electrical transformer maintenance jobs, the outside moisture and dissolved gasses will enter inside the transformer, and the transformer oil will be problems: arcing, corona discharges, and overheating--reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer. Once the moisture reaches about 50ppm that it will affect the insulating strength of the oil. Plus particles contamination will also affect the dielectric oil’s breakdown voltage level. By use of our Model ZLS transformer oil filtration system can clean and renew used transformer oil.
