What are the preparations for transformer oil filtration?

Transformer oil filtration should prepare oil machines, vacuum pumps, oil storage tanks, oil pipelines, transformers and temporary power boxes for reliable grounding. If the quality of the residual oil in the oil filter and oil reservoir differs from the quality of the new oil, the residual oil in the oil filter and oil reservoir must be removed and stored separately. Clean the inside of the oil storage tank, keep the inner seal of the oil storage tank clean, check whether the color of the moisture absorber in the built-in moisture absorber is normal, and the oil level of the oil seal is normal.

What is the process of transformer oil filtration?

1.When the oil is drained from the can oil, connect the oil pipe, the high vacuum oil cleaner heats the oil temperature by self-circulation, and the oil cleaner cleans itself. Use an oil filter to clean the hot oil flushing oil pipes. The inside of the oil storage tank can be cleaned without transformer oil. The rinsing oil should be stored separately and well labeled.

2.When the barrel oil is drained, use a flat plate oil filter. Before using the flat oil filter, the interior should be cleaned. The oil pipe extending into the oil barrel should be made of galvanized pipe. The front end of the nozzle is machined to 45° and the nozzles at both ends are polished smoothly. The galvanized tube must be cleaned inside and outside before use. When the barrel oil is drained to the bottom, check the oil quality at the bottom of the barrel. If there are many impurities, the soil oil must not be extracted.

3.After the transformer oil arriving at the site has been introduced into the oil storage tank by an oil filter, the transformer oil filtrationis carried out by a high vacuum oil filter. To improve the oil filtration effect, the oil filtration of the oil storage tank should apply the method of reverse oil filtration, that is, the oil in an oil storage tank is completely filtered by a high vacuum oil filter into another oil storage tank, and then from the other oil storage tank. Filter into the original storage tank. If there are only a few oil storage tanks on site, the transformer oil filtration takes over the self-circulation of the oil storage tank, and the oil tank should be well sealed. The outlet temperature of the oil filter should not be below 50℃. The filtered transformer oil should be tested with oil samples to determine whether the transformer oil is suitable for cleaning. Oil samples can be taken from the oil filter sampling valve.
