What are the steps to test the transformer oil filter?

1.Connect all the valves of the transformer oil filter and connect the oil inlet and outlet lines to ensure that the oil passage from the oil tank to the inlet and outlet of the machine is unhindered.

2. Connect the three-phase four-wire power supply correctly.

3.Start the vacuum pump and oil drain pump, and make sure that the direction of rotation of the vacuum pump and oil drain pump is correct, and that the vacuum pump motor, oil pump motor is blocked.

4.Check if the temperature controller and the heater are locked, i.e. the temperature controller controls the heater, which is only possible in the blink of an eye.

5.Close the valve connected to the atmosphere, open the piping valve and start the vacuum pump. After the maximum vacuum value indicated by the vacuum meter is stable, stop the pump for 5 minutes. During this time, note that the drop of the vacuum meter pointer should not exceed 0.001 MPa, otherwise the air leakage should be eliminated.

1.Open the valve 29 on the suction tube of the vacuum pump, start the vacuum pump 31 and observe the increase in the vacuum degree.

2.Open the overflow valve of the transformer oil filter and set the pressure to 0.3 MPa (it was set in the factory).

3.When the vacuum level reaches -0.08 MPa, open the oil inlet valve 15 to let in oil.

4.When the oil enters the vacuum tank and the oil level reaches the middle position of the oil level indicator, open the oil outlet valve 20 or 22(Note: The oil outlet valve has two 20 and 22.If you use secondary filtration, close oil outlet valve on fine filter ball valve 22,when using fine filter, close ball valve 20 on secondary filter), Start oil pump 25 and the oil outlet starts draining oil.

Remind the user of special attention: The transformer oil filter must be opened after the oil outlet valve can be started, otherwise the transformer oil filter will be damaged.

What are the precautions for the operation of the transformer oil filter?

1.When the vacuum pump of transformer oil filter is working, pay attention to the oil condition indicated by the oil marking (the oil should be on the oil marking line). If the vacuum pump contains a lot of oil, it should be replaced in time.

2.If during the operation of the transformer oil filter it is found that there is a lot of water in the cooler, it should be drained in time.

3. Always pay attention to the change of the manometer value. If the pressure is greater than 0.3 MPa, the filter should be cleaned or the filter element replaced.

4.The filter screen of the primary filter and secondary filter should be removed and cleaned regularly to keep it clean and avoid clogging, resulting in insufficient oil absorption or excessive pressure.

5.During operation, make sure that the running noise of the pump and its motor is normal at all times. If it is abnormal, it should be eliminated immediately.

6.If the transformer oil filter is not used, the residual oil should be drained into the oil machine for use.
