1. General:
The CTBU brand vacuum transformer oil water separator machine is being capable to re-improve the power transformer oil characteristics up to the recommended value by the transformer manufacturer or IEC60296 standard.
Model ZLS transformer vacuum oil water separator unit is designed to carry out the operations of filtration, dehydration and absorption of dissolved gases in a transformer for non- energized transformers either for their filling up with oil or for their Periodic maintenance.
The vacuum oil separator plant can be also used for high voltage power transformers 400/230 KV with different power capacity varied up to 300 MVA, 230/ 66KV with different power capacity varied up to 125 MVA and 66/20 KV with different power capacity varied up to 40MVA.

The vacuum transformer oil water separator unit can be able for use with none energized power transformer and will have:
1. Oil flow rate 5000 liter/hour or more.
2. The heating speed can be more than one step.
3. The vacuum level can be between one to four absolute m bars.
4. The minim filtration range can be not less than 2 absolute μ.
5. The dissolved moisture on the final content can be <7ppm.
6. The dissolved gas on the final content can be <0.2% by volume.
7. Can reach with the treat oil a dielectric strength not less than 70kv.
