What can this machine do for you?
The oil degassing filtration plant is required to provide the following functions:
1-ominal rate of at least 6000Liter or adjustable.
2-drying and dehydration of oil transformers out of service.
3-Filtration: removal of solid particles suspended in the oil.
4-Dehydration: extraction of water dissolved in the oil.
5-Venting: extraction of gas are dissolved in oil.

The purpose of the transformer oil degassing operation is to bring the mineral insulating oils into conformity with the standards listed below (including the test procedures):
IEC 60296: Fluids for electrotechnical applications
IEC 60422: Mineral insulating oils in electrical equipment - Lines. Guidelines for maintenance and monitoring
IEC 60156: Determination of breakdown voltage at industrial frequency,
NFC 15100: Low-voltage electrical installations,
ISO 4406: Hydraulic fluid power - Fluids - Method for coding the level of contamination by solid particles
Features:
The transformer oil filtration and degasification machine can be able for use with none energized power transformer and will have:
1. Oil flow rate 5000 liter/hour or more.
2. The heating speed can be more than one step.
3. The vacuum level can be between one to four absolute m bars.
4. The minim filtration range can be not less than 2 absolute μ.
5. The dissolved moisture on the final content can be <7ppm.
6. The dissolved gas on the final content can be <0.2% by volume.
7. Can reach with the treat oil a dielectric strength not less than 70kv.
8. Vertical shape; "T" shape; Horizontal shape are all available.
