General:
The mobile oil treatment plant is arranged on mobile trailer with metallic cover with four or two wheels in a way to be easy for access and operate of all plant part, all parts to be fixed to the trailer in a good way that it will not be affected during transportation, and The mobile trailer is design to be pulled by specified mini truck.
Model ZLS transformer vacuum oil treatment plant is being capable to re-improve the power transformer oil characteristics up to the recommended value by the transformer manufacturer or IEC-156 standard which one is higher.
The CTBU brand transformer vacuum oil treatment unit is designed to carry out the operations of filtration, dehydration and absorption of dissolved gases in a transformer for non- energized transformers either for their filling up with oil or for their Periodic maintenance.
The Oil Treatment Plant can be PLC fully automatic or manual operation.
The vacuum oil treatment plants can be also used for high voltage power transformers 400/230 KV with different power capacity varied up to 300 MVA, 230/ 66KV with different power capacity varied up to 125 MVA and 66/20 KV with different power capacity varied up to 40MVA.
