Performance:

1-Dielectric strength from below 20KV to be more than 75KV.

2-Vacuum Dehydration the water content From over 50 PPM down to below 5PPM.

3-Degassing the air content to be below 0.1%.

4-Filtration 99% of solid particles 1micron shall be removed.

Functions:

Trolley mounted Dust proof fully enclosed transformer oil filtration plant is mounted on axle tire wheels base with lifting lugs, mainly for increasing and maintain electrical insulating oil's BDV (breakdown voltage) such as transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, tap changer oil, etc. And To degasify to remove out moisture, free water, and soluble water, gas and filtering particles, residuals, etc. As well as drying the electrical equipments such as transformer and vacuum filling on the line, It is designed and manufactured for different sizes of transformers including 35KV, 110KV, 132KV, 232KV, etc.

This trolley transformer oil purification unit installing with metal enclosure for weatherproof and rainproof.
