Model ZLS Double stage Mobile transformer oil filtration machine can efficiently remove free water, dissolved water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil’s dielectric strength level, effectively to make sure electric equipment working safely and normally.
Model ZLS applies to 110KV, 132KV, 220KV, 500KV oil transformers, etc.

Introduction:
Model ZLS Double stage Mobile transformer oil filtration machine applies to 110KV, 132KV, 220KV, 500KV oil transformers, etc. Specially suitable for treating HV transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil.
Features:
1. Rotary vane vacuum pump and Boosting roots vacuum pump, with strong vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. The vacuum separating chamber can increase separating size and shorting the separating time.
3. Advanced film evaporation technology, rapidly and effectively separate water, dissolved moisture, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Automatic liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7. oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor are interlocked, avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak.
If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
Optional: Online moisture monitor, flow meter, oil regeneration system, weather proof canopy, double axles or single axle trailer, dielectric strength tester, etc.
