Introduction:
CTBU Transformer evacuating plant consist of a mechanical booster pump, in conjunction with a rotary gas ballasted back up pump.
The at site transformer evacuation plant is monoblock construction. And the running of the pump is low noise and anti-reverse lock to prevent run backwards is provided.
The monoblock vacuum transformer evacuating plant is equipped with an electrically operated safety valve which at current failure or switching off of the plant automatically prevents an in-rush of air onto the degassifying chamber but admits air to the vacuum pump so that no pump oil can rise in the vacuum pipe line.
