Introduction:
The main functions of ZLS dual stage high vacuum degassing machine are to remove free and dissolved water, gases, and mechanical impurities so as to ensure its purity and improve its insulation level.
Model ZLS Transformer Oil degassing purifier can process mineral based transformer oil, synthetic based transformer oil, vegetable series insulation oil series such as FR3 insulating oil, etc.
Features:
1. To serve as a designated vacuum oil degassing filtering equipment in support of installation, maintenance and overhaul of power transformer.
2. Can be used for purifying mineral insulation oil, FR3 Dielectric oils, transformer oil, cable oil, tap-changer oil, mutual inductor oil and breaker oil etc.
3. For dehydration and degasification to remove out free and soluble water, moisture, gas, etc.
4. To remove out solid particles, residuals, impurities in the oil.
5. The standard system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks, in the field, etc.
Optional: Online moisture monitor, flow meter, oil regeneration system, weather proof canopy, double axles or single axle trailer, dielectric strength tester, etc.
