What can this machine do for you?
The oil filtration plant is required to provide the following functions:
1-ominal rate of at least 6000Liter or adjustable.
2-vacuum dehydrating oil transformers out of service.
3-Filtration: removal of solid particles suspended in the oil.
4-Dehydration: extraction of water dissolved in the oil.
5-Venting: extraction of gas are dissolved in oil.
Features:
The transformer oil filtration machine can be able for use with none energized power transformer and will have:
1. Various Oil flow rate 5000 liter/hour or more.
2. The heating speed can be more than one step.
3. The vacuum level can be between one to four absolute m bars.
4. The minim filtration range can be not less than 2 absolute μ.
5. The dissolved moisture on the final content can be <7ppm.
6. The dissolved gas on the final content can be <0.2% by volume.
7. Can reach with the treat oil a dielectric strength not less than 70kv.
8. Vertical shape; "T" shape; Horizontal shape are all available.
